5. Uploading to Database
Upload scans from embryo folder to the DEC Database.
- Use OMERO.insight - (download page) also see help page Importing Data with OMERO.insight
- All collection uploads require database ADMIN access to upload as the User - Rosa Mirapiex.
- Make a new (green) folder in user Rosa Mirapiex for each embryo/fetus (there are examples in the database).
- For correct sorting of folders, numbering should have 3 digits, for example E76 becomes E076.
- Dataset Details - Add Embryo/Fetus information from collection spreadsheet to the folder Dataset Details.
