5. Uploading to Database

This example shows E079 folder (left arrow) and its Dataset Details (right arrows).

Upload scans from embryo folder to the DEC Database.

Use OMERO.insight - (download page) also see help page Importing Data with OMERO.insight
All collection uploads require database ADMIN access to upload as the User - Rosa Mirapiex.
Make a new (green) folder in user Rosa Mirapiex for each embryo/fetus (there are examples in the database).
For correct sorting of folders, numbering should have 3 digits, for example E76 becomes E076.
Dataset Details - Add Embryo/Fetus information from collection spreadsheet to the folder Dataset Details.
